JAMES CLARK Professional SummAry


     James Clark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Southern California. He has served the United States Military for over 20 years in both the Air Force, Army and as a defense contractor.  His OCONUS travels include serving in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Germany, Kosovo, UAE, and Bosnia as well as numerous bases within the United States.  While serving our country he was a Crew Chief of the Year for the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works F-117 Stealth Fighter, Pilot of UH -60 Black Hawk helicopters, Platoon Leader, Company Commander, Site Lead, Safety Manger, Quality Manager, Lead Quality ISO and AS 9110 Auditor, and a Defense Contractor Country Manager for Afghanistan.

      James has provided Security and Threat assessments to the most valuable people in the world including the President of the United States, The First Lady of the United States, The Secretary of State, The Secretary of Defense, Members of Congress and Foreign Leaders, and other VIP personnel.  He holds a current and active US Government Secret Security Clearance. Previously cleared to SCI Top Secret.  He has a vast experience in Program management, Business Continuity, Security, Quality, Safety, and ISO auditing.  He has a variety of auditing experience including ISO 9001, TL 9000, ISO 22301, ISO 14001and AS 9010.  He also serves on the Volunteer Fire Department and is very involved in the Incident Command System (ICS).  He is an instructor for the Incident Command System, Firefighter Annual Training (RT 130) as well as other business continuity classes. 
 
​     As a civilian contractor, James managed an aviation program as the Afghanistan Country Manager.  He managed over 700 employees in Afghanistan as well as over 100 US military helicopters.  James also served as the Quality and Safety Manager for the TASM- O Theater of Operation including Germany, Afghanistan, Kosovo and Egypt.  There he was responsible for military helicopters, conducting RABQSA, ISO 9001, and AS 9100 inspections, investigations, validations, root cause analysis, and writing government annual training plans. He has experience in Lean Six Sigma. He has conducted multiple safety, Quality and ISO audits for government as well as Fortune 500 customers.

      James managed the installation of Command and Control of Communication Airborne assets including airborne radios in UH-60 aircraft and C-12 aircraft.  He managed the installation of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) in airborne assets for the State Department, Department of Homeland Security and the National Intelligence Agency.  He served as the Quick Reaction Force Commander of  deployments throughout the world, including Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bosnia, and Kosovo.   

     James has a variety of experience in Disaster preparedness and Business Continuity Management.  He has managed the installation of security systems in commercial and residential buildings including the intruder detection system Fiber SENSYS, facial recognition, security cameras, integrated talk down systems, palm readers and access control systems.  James has participated in several Homeland Security scenarios of outbreaks with multiple Department of Homeland Security agencies, including UAV transmissions of security uplinks with video, audio and radio interoperable communications. He has participated in the planning of several city-wide emergency scenarios including Operation Golden Phoenix, preparing for clear and effective communication through Department of Homeland Security.
 
     He has also managed US Military installations for communication and security systems within Vandenberg AFB, Creech AFB, China Lake Naval Base, and Nellis AFB. He has managed the installation of interoperable communications and distributed antenna systems (DAS) for first responders as well as the installation of mobile and tactical emergency management systems. 

     He is a proud of his after-work accomplishments as well.  He has been married to Kristie for 21 years and the father of three boys, James Jr, Kyle and Matthew. He loves mentoring Kids on and off the field as a coach.  He has coached youth Football, Basketball and Baseball.   

    James is also very involved in Veterans organizations including the American Legion, Disabled Veterans of America, Military Officers Association as well as founding Guide On, to help families of fallen soldiers after his flight school friend was killed in Iraq.
